Rothesay is a refurbished house just a few minutes walk from the historic square with its shops and cafes.  It is a three bedroom home with two queen sized beds in bedrooms 1 and 2, two single beds in bedroom 3 and a further two single beds in the lounge.
 
There are two bathrooms (with two toilets), a new kitchen, a heat pump air con plus a wood fire. Outside there is a substantial deck equipped with a gas BBQ.

$160 for the first night for a couple, reducing to $130 for following nights
$50 per additional adult per night
$25 per child under 13 years, using bedding per night
